Overview

TxGemma is a family of Google models fine-tuned from Gemma 2 on therapeutic-development tasks from the Therapeutics Data Commons (TDC), covering small molecules, proteins, nucleic acids, diseases and cell lines. 9B parameters. This predict variant answers property-prediction questions (toxicity, binding, clinical-trial outcome and the like) with a short answer. Access requires accepting Google's Health AI Developer Foundations terms on Hugging Face.
