The 29,903 bp reference assembly of SARS-CoV-2 isolate Wuhan-Hu-1, NCBI RefSeq NC_045512.2, published by UCSC as the wuhCor1 assembly, together with the NCBI gene annotation on the same coordinates. It covers twelve genes, ORF1a to ORF10, the spike (S) gene among them.

Both files are mirrored here in full from the UCSC `wuhCor1` goldenPath
directory: `wuhCor1.fa.gz`, the 29,903 bp assembly, and `ncbiGenes.gtf.gz`,
the NCBI gene annotation on the same coordinates. The sequence is NCBI RefSeq
`NC_045512.2`, a public-domain record, and UCSC publishes the assembly freely;
no SPDX identifier states either, which is why the licence facet reads
`unknown`.
