Overview

Predicting the transcriptional response of HepG2 cells to 100 CRISPRi knockdowns from the same knockdowns in K562, RPE1 and Jurkat cells (Replogle et al. 2022, Arc Institute's filtered release for State, zero-shot HepG2 split): Pearson correlation of predicted and measured expression change, and error on the top differentially expressed genes, for models trained on the other three lines.
