Overview

Per-nucleotide 2A3 (SHAPE) chemical reactivity of designed RNAs from the Stanford Ribonanza data, signal-to-noise filtered, predicted by a ridge probe on frozen per-nucleotide embeddings: mean absolute error and Pearson correlation over nucleotides.
