Overview

Folding stability change (ΔΔG, kcal/mol) of single amino-acid substitutions in small domains, from the cDNA-display proteolysis data of Tsuboyama et al. 2023, on wild-type clusters held out from training: zero-shot variant scores and a ridge probe on frozen embeddings.
