Domain variant fitness, human PLM Clans-0.5 (ProteinGym x Pfam)

Overview

Zero-shot fitness ranking of single substitutions inside one Pfam domain per human ProteinGym assay, with the domain span as the only input, on the assays whose domain has a checkpoint in zxcyfr/Human-Protein-Language-Model-Clans-0.5 (Pfam clan level). Every other protein language model is scored on exactly the same variants, so the human PLM of that repo is directly comparable with its parent ESM-2 650M.
