Overview
Self-consistency of unconditionally generated protein backbones: for each of 100 designed backbones of length 70, 100 or 150, ProteinMPNN designs eight sequences, ESMFold folds them, and the backbone counts as designable when the closest refold is within 2 Å Cα RMSD.
