Pediatric pneumonia detection (chest X-ray)

Overview

Pneumonia versus normal on pediatric anterior-posterior chest radiographs (Kermany et al. 2018, Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center): ROC-AUC on the 624 images of the official test split, for classifiers and image-text models used as is and for a logistic probe on frozen image embeddings.
