CT spleen segmentation (MSD Task09)

Overview

Spleen segmentation on axial abdominal CT slices from the Medical Segmentation Decathlon (Task09, portal-venous CT): Dice and 95th-percentile Hausdorff distance on slices of 8 held-out patients, for segmentation models used as is and for networks trained from scratch on slices of the 33 other patients.
