Nucleus instance segmentation (BBBC039)

Overview

Instance segmentation of Hoechst-stained U2OS nuclei on the official BBBC039 test split (50 fields of view, about 5,700 hand-annotated nuclei): AP at IoU 0.5 of generalist segmenters applied as is and of networks trained on the 100 official training images, and nucleus-count error of the generalists.
