Cell Painting knockout retrieval (RxRx3-core)

Overview

Whether image embeddings of Cell Painting wells recognise the same CRISPR knockout across plates and guides (RxRx3-core, HUVEC, 20 genes): replicate mean average precision of plate-control-centred embeddings on held-out plates, and the accuracy of a 20-way logistic probe trained on other plates.
