Clinical negation detection (NegEx test kit)

Overview

Whether a clinical concept mentioned in a sentence of a de-identified clinical report is negated or affirmed (NegEx test kit, 2,376 annotated sentences): macro F1 of native assertion classifiers or prompted language models, and of a logistic probe on frozen embeddings of the concept-marked sentence.
