Clinical entity recognition (MACCROBAT)

Overview

Recognition of problems, treatments and tests in sentences of clinical case reports (MACCROBAT 2020, 200 PubMed Central case reports): strict entity F1 of a token probe on frozen word embeddings and of native clinical NER heads, on held-out reports.
